Ngl it sucks that it was directed by a man given the super sexual scenes almost feeling like a fetished, but besides that, it’s a refreshing story of wlw. It keeps things realistic toward queer love in the 1900s and leaves you feeling so sick after realizing how much worst it was before. I wish there where more films like this where its not just stereotypes or unrealistic stuff.
