Strange River

Truly an impeccably crafted film. The performances were beautiful and genuine; it felt like watch a real family living with one another, truly great dialogue. The visuals were stunning, every scene with the river was psychedelic; it could go for 15 minutes and I wouldn’t wish to blink. The love story was so thoughtfully written and beautifully tragic yet heartwarming. For such a repetitive story, it really gave a very interesting twist on the genre.
