Babylon

This film is truly one of the best. This rewatch has cemented this as one of my all time favorites. Giving moving pictures sound. The beauty of cinema’s history and the deep, dark fates of Hollywood. Not one actor/actress disappoints. Continually inviting you to experience more of this beautiful and messed up world that is Film Making. This showcases why we get to experience the films we get today, and the true essence of being a part of making movies and being an actor. From the first ever moving picture (Roundhay Garden Scene), to the most advanced type of film (Avatar). Its all the same, just a shit ton more advanced in technology. Damien Chazelle, you truly are a legend and I will be forever grateful for your films.
