there was a good amount of things i really enjoyed in this film, like chris pine's performance, the cinematography, and the kitchen argument scene. but ultimately, i feel like the characters and their relationships don't really change all that much by the time the film ends, which makes the film as a whole incredibly unsatisfying. i still think there's more i like than dislike, but i wish there was more development for the characters.
