American Psycho

I feel like I had almost seen this entire movie in YouTube clips beforehand because of how many iconic scenes there are. Nevertheless I still thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this movie after finally sitting down to watch it properly and nothing felt tired or over worn. Bateman utterly consumes the role and it's impossible to look away from the madness. The humour is on point, witty and dark. Another aspect of the film that shines is the performances from the ensemble cast. It's the general atmosphere of obliviousness from everyone around Bateman that really lands the film for me. Absolutely loved it.
