Unforgiven

Review written a while after I watched the film so may not entirely depict what I thought watching it but I digress... The film was enjoyable throughout, although it was slightly slow towards the middle, which is just the style of Clint Eastwood I suppose. I can't say much about the acting other than it was very good. The beginning of the film sets the scene very well, and the characters are introduced well. Every detail in the film feels necessary, and doesn't overwhelm or bore at any point. The ending of the film is what makes it a masterpiece. The intensity and action, as well as the portrayal of emotion is so fantastically well done it really immersed me as I watched - it was a moment that became clear I had to chuck my phone away and watch in awe. Would recommend highly but if you haven't watched it by now what are you playing at its been out for 32 years.
