- “please, Lord, make me the biggest star the World has ever known” ★ ˙ ̟ Watching this was TRULY an experience, I honestly don’t know how I’ve never seen this movie before, especially when it’s so well-known! Mia’s acting is absolutely incredible in this, the scene where Pearl talks to Mitsy while pretending she’s Howard had me staring at the screen like, oh. my. god. honestly? Pearl, you’ll always be famous!! Even if she’s insane, that somehow makes her incredibly real and human, I don’t know how to explain it, but she feels more human than any other character in the movie in a way, I really liked it!! “you can do anything if you want it bad enough” “I don't like reality” “sometimes I worry that maybe I'm not the same as other people” “I'm worried there might be something really wrong with me, Mitsy” “all I really want is to be loved, and I'm having such a really hard time without it lately” “you always get everything you want.”
