This was so much better than I anticipated, they could have definitely twisted the mystery a bit more tying it in some way to her mother HOWEVER it was very enjoyable as is. Ps: proves any movie with Anna Taylor Joy is good.

I love these movies where nothing really happens, the ones that seem like odes to youth, tributes to memorable spaces and very certain kinds of memories. These movies, to some boring, to some bittersweet, make the best time capsules for those who care about every small but unforgettable moment, person and instance.
