Hollywood

Alluring Starting off my review by saying there was absolutely no reason for Ryan Murphy to be this horny while making this. The countless sex scenes aside, I love this. This entire show just pushes the boundaries of representation and gives importance to the big dreams of regular people. It amplified unrepresented voices; e.g: Archie being a black, gay screenwriter. It exposes the corruption and prejudice that existed so widely in Hollywood and the way coloured actresses had to fight to sit in theaters to watch movies they were a part of. The way that a lot of the characters actually existed was phenomenal especially Hattie McDaniel. This entire series was just immersive into the glamour of Hollywood and the cast was beautiful. David corenswet was FINE and Laura harrier and Samara weaving were genuinely ethereal. Jeremy pope is so talented when it comes to showing more vulnerable emotions as is Jake picking. And obviously Darren Criss is brilliant. I love this so much. I actually screamed in the second last episode it was VERY immersing. Destroying a print, it's a sin I LOVE THIS please give recs of Old Hollywood films 🫂
