A borderline dogshit plot that makes French people look sane in front of this absolute pathetic misery feces of an English couple, and yet, Isabelle Adjani DELIVERS THE FUCK OUT (as always). I also really like the unproductive and destructive nature and the aesthetic of this era's decadence shown on screen so I was somehow very engaged throughout the entire hour and a half.
