The most gut wrenching movie of the year. 5 years past pandemic, still it gives the deepest cuts to your heart. The stories we weren't aware of or can say we didn't care . Be thankful if you survived that. Things weren't same for all. Hum Thaali bajate reh gaye aur kisike ke thaali mein khana tak naseeb nahi hua. This film doesn't stops here. How it shows the struggle of the minorities, image of the society, everyday war of lower middle class people. You may imagine this is shown in every consecutive Indian film but this one is more grounded. The tone of the film makes you feel the depth of every sorrow. The magnitude of the scene changes so frequently. Vishal Jethwa is a serious talent and nothing to take away from Ishan Khatter, he did great equally. Jahnvi Kapoor, though she has a small part but she did very good. I like when she does these off-beat non masaledar movies. She has that thing.
