Good movie, not enough zendayaIn all seriousness I can’t stop thinking about this movie. Knowing I can watch part two tomorrow just makes me 50x more excited. The writing felt so compact and well thought out, every scene felt like it had to be there to drive the story forward, and the world building is mesmerizing.
I love seeing as much color as possible in a movie. Good color grading and visual style can go a long way to impressing me (I'm easily entertained). So considering this movie is working with a lot of brown is crazy, because Denis Villeneuve and Greig Fraser made seemingly the most boring color look so textured and integrated and fun to look at.
