some really cool kills and an interesting mix of hagsploitation and other 70s horror like carrie and the exorcist (although this one is set in the 1950s). some parts dragged a bit but the atmosphere kept me on board. however, i think i would've appreciated it more if curtis harrington's original vision of the ending was kept intact.
