Jesus, he's old enough to be her father!
A modern day Greek tragedy based loosely on the manga of the same name, Oldboy is one of those films that pushes all boundaries on a screen. Having some of my favourite sequences ever and being very well edited the film feels so smooth and surreal with Dae Su retelling his story in a legendary opening. It cuts to present and likewise to Dae Su we are hit with a road bump, does he live his life or find out why he was released. This ignites one of the best thrillers ever
