Hard to believe a family that’s hoarded billions of dollars believed their true valuables were bowling trophies and family photos placed in a “treasure” vault inside of a mountain with their faces carved in

Jesus Christ, fun but ridiculously heavy handed movie.

Super important and brave film to make especially for the time. Similar to the City of God in showing what happens when you leave a society behind. No overt nationalism or oppression here, the only time the government steps in is to remind them who’s in charge.

An interesting idea but definitely one of the slowest burns of a movie you’ll ever watch
