Minding the Gap
beautiful film, the kind of film that you don’t want it to end, and when it does, you feel like a different person. seeing an insight into everyone’s life in the film- being able to see them kind of grow up and the reason why they skate and how they connect through it. i think one of my favorite moments in the film was when Bing told Keire the reason why he started the film.
i don’t usually like documentaries, but this one really moved me. i think it really shows how the environment you grew up in affects you and stays with you as you transition into adulthood. it also shows you how much you really know about your friends.
i wasn’t sure what i was expecting from this documentary, but the ending was very heartwarming.
