Charlie

So after 3 years of putting off watching it, was it worth all the hype? Yeah, basically. I like it! The standout really is the animation and just how good of a story it has, continuing on from Into the Spiderverse really well. With how high my expectations were, I felt a bit let down because there were parts I didn't get as much into especially since I'm not a big fan of Marvel. Is it amazing and absolutely worth watching? Yeah! Is it my new top marvel movie? No.

Christopher Nolan found dead. I really like the music in this one, and love how it blends the themes of The Odyssey(which I just recently learned neither of the Coen Brothers had actually read before making this movie) and the great depression. Not to mention John Goodman, and his pretty limited yet still very entertaining screen presence.

This movie has grown on me, I fully mean it when I say it's an 11/10. I still stand by the pacing being a bit weird for me at times but with how good this movie depicts despair while being absolutely gorgeous in every scene and balancing it with a beautiful performance from Lee Pace. This movie deserved so much better and it's awesome it's finally getting the appreciation it deserves.
