Departures

“Maybe death is a gateway, not a end”  This movie had me balling and crying on an airplane. The music fits the movie so well and conveys a lot of the emotions. The character remain memorable throughout the film and really keep you hooked on the characters. And the way everything is put together is so good, it feels like you’ve known the main character your whole life. The cinematography was amazing too, the mountain shots and during the ceremonies really made me feel the emotions from the movie. If despair and calmness was a movie this is it.
