*i guess i’ll see you in the movies?* 18 ⋆ she/her [favourites!](https://boxd.it/o0InU)

if trumpism took place in space anyways jokes aside haha, lowk felt i was high halfway in the movie or because i was watching this at 3am in the morning, but robert pattinson’s performance kept me going and being at awe of seeing two of hims in the same frame. And that scene of him as Mickey 18 raging out at 17 got me laughing off the couch. Essentially, this was a fun analogy directed from BJH in reflecting of everything that has been happening in the political and environmental state of our world, particularly in the U.S. May rewatch this again when im not awake in the middle of the early morning lol

im so sick to the core of my abdomen and bones. I actually kept avoiding watching this movie for so long because I knew how traumatic it was going to feel for me after watching the movie. But now, I said screw it yolo it, and i genuinely cried the hell out of my eyes to the point my brain hurt now. I don’t think this is going to be a rewatch for me, but I do highly recommend it when you want to cry for 20 minutes straight after watching and this is such a well-done slice of life film. Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield’s performances was incredible as always, and their chemistry together here made it even more enjoyable. And don’t get me fking started on that ice skating rink scene.
