holy shit this movie fucks with so much style. booming with an electrifying score, creative camera and pov movements, unforgettable kills, and just bloody as all hell. the non-murder scenes are intriguing and i gotta say that dario argento’s mind is fascinating for sure to film these. to top it all off, the mystery had me second guessing the whole time with how fast the movie moves with the murders. and in the end the question arises: is perverse and violent art simply to be consumed innocently or is it a reflection of deeper rooted impulses waiting to be acted upon?
*“any humiliation which stood in his way could be swept aside by the simple act of annihilation: murder.”*
