Nightcrawler

Nightcrawler is a dark and eerie thriller about the lengths people go to corrupt media. Having this especially view of the media is not unique but the film does provide a new perspective of that view. The first-hand experience we get from Lou on the streets as he hustles videography for money. The film does such a good job of creating suspense for the audience. That is what this film does so good suspense. The tight camera shots and cinematography manipulate the audience's emotions having them clutch their blanket. Lou Bloom is a complete sociopath stopping at nothing to get the story. He is played masterfully by Jake Gyllenhaal.
