Happy Birthday Stephen Sondheim. Multiple songs gave me chills upon them playing which was new. I found myself appreciating the staging and the set a lot more but once again I wish pro shots would just show the whole damn stage  *Favorite Line:* “Jack, Jack, Jack head in a sack”

Ryan Gosling on a mission to find out why the City of Stars stopped shining just for him Love love love love love. Obviously going to be in contention for best VFX next year but it SHOULD be in contention for best picture as well as best original score and soundtrack. Best sci fi movie I have ever seen. I was worried about Ryan Gosling in this sort of role but boy was I wrong. I thought I had a grasp on the kind of movie I was watching but then the second half became a Pixar movie?
