How anyone could watch this movie and think it’s bootlicking or glorifying in any way is beyond me. It’s layer upon layer of disgusting and disturbing. If you need the filmmaker to hold your hand and say out loud “What we did to the Iraqi family is bad,” go watch VeggieTales or something that’ll more clearly spoonfeed you your moral lessons.

Upgrading my review from a 4 to a 5 because I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it. Watching interviews and Mendoza said this battle was never even reported on because things like this happened every day for thousands of days. The horror, for real.
