a movie that truly just had me saying wow at the end of it. 22 pmo and made me so anxious my butt clenched at times but damn this was beautiful. i think the best moment had to be when he realized everything 22 experienced and it wasn’t that he had to have a monologue it was just a montage with music like damn i teared up. really just shows how beautiful life can be, not that we have to say it out loud but just to feel it. just the way you feel music. also loved the scene where he confronts his mom. live with no regrets and pursue with the love and support of others. wanting your loved ones to simply be in their happiest state. from an artistic perspective thought the real life designs were okay (pixar…) but the animation of the beforelife was beautiful. the use of color emanating off the characters made it so dreamy it was perfectly conveyed. i especially love the designs of terry and jerry though their designs were so fluid it worked really well. after re-reading my review of fantastic mr fox i feel like soul is a counterpart to the same concept. while joe does not face the same consequences as mr fox, he does realize that in trying to achieve something great he’s lost sight of what truly matters. i feel like both films show that reaching for something perfect only causes imperfections. soul comes to the conclusion that, if you live in the moment and are grateful for the little things you experience that’s what makes life perfect. a reminder that while goals are good, expectations can be a danger that causes us to be ungrateful. never let an expectation dictate success? does that make sense. anyways bottom line live everyday observing every beautiful thing and person, and be grateful for it all. type xie.

so freaking scary she did so good. he pmo. guys pmo

i thought you were american

definitely not like an artistic masterpiece but i liked the meaning of it a lot — genuinely got ptsd from the conference of consultants, the dude sounded like your average berkeley ai consulting club bot. human’s curiosity is important!! create things with meaning!! intake things w intention!! sorta thing. feeling it feeling it. outfits were subpar, the endless cameos were very entertaining, crashed out at the marias insert, liked it overall. oh and the romance side plot was unnecessary but i liked it because it’s a rare representation of a successful woman who is respected and loved by a partner. strive to be that. solid movie, relevant to today.
