Actually shockingly good?? I went into this with zero expectations as I’ve never seen the original film, but dude… this shit hit me like a train (ha. ha.) I can’t lie my cheeks were clenched throughout the latter half of the film and the leads did an ASTOUNDINGGGGGG job. Please god put Dacre Montgomery + Barbie Ferreira in more things. Especially Dacre… put him in more scary stuff he unsettled me to my core in this film

This was a really good movie but I had to sit in total silence after I watched it. This was one hell of a film and I can’t say I’d ever watch it again. The cinematography was gorgeous and I love all the little details, but holy shit, this was an experience. Inde Navarretre did a fantastic job as Nikki, and every single time she wailed or screamed left me particularly uneasy. Each time she snapped back, I got chills. The end sequence was just… haunting. Please god give her that Oscar.
