Sing Street

okay so i don’t think this is a perfect movie but also? it might be a perfect movie. so glad this holds up on rewatch it’s just really sweet! the boys are so cute together i love friendship (it’s so cute when conor asks eamon if he’ll help him write a song and eamon says “always :)”). it all feels very authentic to the way that kids are creative when they’re figuring out their tastes. some bangers. i miss dublin i wanna take the dart down to dun laoghaire and walk on the water and get fish and chips and watch the red bull cliff diving competition (that last one isn’t strictly related to sing street). not to be too riverdale pilled but conor has a sprouse energy sometimes.
