Fav ghibli movie, I already watched it like 5 times and it planning on doing it again everytime I want to relax

I don't like how lonely women are portrayed in this movie, she felt so lame, and very much like a description a man would give in how they think lonely women are which is annoying and unrealistic, it felt like a fetish too, apart from that the aesthetic is cool and the story line of the boy and the father was beautiful, I liked how the characters have a connection too

😭 it made me appreciate simple things more, it's aesthetically really beautiful too
