*"So, in a tournament, I snap his arms, or he taps out and we all go get burgers."* i don't have sufficient well-formed thoughts to write a full-fledged review on this but here are my immediate takeaways: 1. pat was giving charlie from it's always sunny if he was into hardcore 2. the gore in this movie is so well-executed man my jaw dropped multiple times 3. i was not expecting stephen stills to make an appearance as The Good Nazi™ 4. imogen poots is so uncompromisingly badass.. luvit. luvit

right after the big inciting disaster occurs, the main characters sit around a table, and one says, *"We're all a little freaked out, okay?" *(of course, this film has to tell you that instead of showing it) another character responds, *"But why are we still alive?"*, and i genuinely cannot tell if that line was some strange attempt to portray survivor's guilt, or if they were just trying to rush introducing the *final destination* premise so they could get to the goofy gory fun shit as quickly as possible. for what it's worth, it does have some fun deaths, however it suffers from its shitty script and shitty characters and shitty acting and shitty title and shitty rinse-repeat dogshit SHITTY MOVIE IT'S SHIT. someone please remind me to just watch the kill count next time.. shantel vansanten is crazy beautiful though it was distracting
