Ghost

The film Ghost directed by Jeremy Zucker may be one of the saddest yet most beautiful romance movie ever.  It’s a story of love and anger, protection and the feeling of being lost, supported by an amazing cast consisting of the perfect couple—Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore—and Whoopi Goldberg coming in with just the right amount of humour. Even though it is a romance movie the love for a romantic partner and the love found within unexpected friendships is balanced so well.  There’s not a single thing in this movie that is absolutely wonderful. The story plays out so smoothly and the music is a wonderful accompaniment, provoking feels of warmth, anticipation and comfort. Once again, it is such a beautiful, beautiful movie that is so worth the multitudes of tears that will be spilt.  “Its amazing, Molly,” he says as he steps into the light. “The love inside… You take it with you.”
