Apocalypse Now

A masterpiece in ever sense from pacing,acting lighting etc People say it’s a very slow movie but I barely noticed it I thought it was very entertaining with good pacing and enough action but also in betweens. The storytelling even without Brando would have made an unbelievable movie of how America handled Vietnam with its flaws of incompetent or no leaders and inept soldiers. It showed Brando as this holy presence of an oeidipus complex they talked of at the start and didn’t even show him until the last 30/40 but they had the natives treating him like a god and even the photographer giving him so much aura lobs. Absolutely fantastic movie with 1 in every 5 lines a quotable banger Also a seriously funny movie at times
