Holy shit. The Jumpscares came out of nowhere, the ending was superb, the gross out stuff was actually gross out for a reason and it was actually funny while still remaining creepy. Also did Inde Navarrette just piss herself? I mean bro if you’re not gonna play then pass the controller over brotha! (A joke obviously, Nikki didn’t deserve any of that 😭) also I think the end credits was my idealistic way of ending a horror film. Thanks Curry! Gotta rewatch it though cause I missed certain bits but what a darn shame!

This is definitely a Millennial’s favourite film. The Cinematography and usage of Mise en Scene (my old A Level Film Studies lecturer would be proud that I just referenced that) is pretty good at points, otherwise just a pretty basic inspiration ‘get up and get out there!’ Film. Just cemented the fact that I want to go to Iceland at some point tbh.
