Heat

This film may have one of my favourite openings and endings of all time. This is so much more than a heist film and it’s more than a cat and mouse situation, it’s constantly got you gripped and keeps you guessing how each things gonna go down or work out.  Robert di Niro may have just made this my new favourite role of his, I am absolutely in love with this character, I feel the character has so charisma and has so much about him like he doesn’t carry himself like a top notch criminal he carries himself more like a powerful businessman like he did so incredible with this role, I know that it pained him to walk away from his girl like you could tell he was in two minds.  Al Pacino is brilliant aswell, I love his character and I think he’s so funny aswell in this role, he’s so sarcastic and lowkey kind of out of his mind but I guess in that line of work your bound to go crazy at somepoint. My jaw was dropped when he found his stepdaughter in the bath I was like damn that’s sum deep shit like I was so shocked and gobsmacked.  The ending is so fucking brilliant like I loved how it’s not rushed, like we feel the suspense and it leaves us guessing like who’s gonna get who, who’s gonna die like it leaves you guessing till the last second.
