Inception

I think out of all the Nolan work I’ve seen this is definitely up there for some of his best in my opinion, it’s such a complex and unique story and it’s a masterpiece in storytelling.  Leonardo DiCaprio is absolutely incredible in this, I still think it’s so crazy how he hasn’t won multiple Oscar’s, the character is so well written and I love the part near the ending where he confesses that he has already done inception but did it on his wife, and he kind of feels guilty for her death because his idea that he planted in her head lead to her going insane, this is up there for some of my favourite roles of his.  Joseph Gordon levitt is also so great, he’s one of my favourite actors and I think he’s another actor who’s underrated I think in a lot of his role he does an excellent job, I love all his scenes in the hotel I think the hallway fight scene while floating around is brilliant. Elliot page is also great aswell, his performance was great and I love how the character was so intrigued in cobb’s backstory and discovered his struggle. The first meeting with cobb was brilliant, I love the scenes where he creates the world and it bends and then rests on top of everything.  At first I was sort of lost with deciding whether they were in a dream or not but after a bit you get a grasp of the dream situation. Also Cillian Murphy, Tom hardy and Ken watanabe were all brilliant and made great for the team they built for the mission.
