I’m struck by how it uses the infinite, terrifying scale of the cosmos just to tell a story about a father and his daughter. It’s a film that proves gravity isn’t the only thing that can reach across dimensions. It reminds me that even when we are looking at the stars, we are really just looking for a way back home. It’s a masterpiece that feels more intimate, and more heartbreaking, every single time.
