One Battle After Another
Fastest 2 hours and 42 minutes of my life. Literally where did the time go. I guess that means it was good.
So much happened but at the same time it felt like nothing happened. The perfect amount I’d say.
But anyway the one thing I kept thinking about was the colour grading. I’ve seen a whole lot of Netflix lighting lately and this really felt like how films should feel.
And the whole car chase. The way it cut to the road then to the person repeatedly. Idk it was really fucking good.
This film could have easily been boring I mean the plot is fairly simple. But it was made good with the camera angles, lighting, acting, script and editing. And shall we just take a moment for the music.
Okay maybe I’m glazing it a bit.
