Better Man

Wow. Such a strong film.The visual effects are astonishing. The amount of care and work put in every shot is just inspiring.The film is visually beautiful, has a filmic grainy colourful look to it that I feel like most films miss.The meaning is powerful and meaningful.It’s a film that holds your attention and does not let go until it’s over, and it’s a lot of fun, and also incredibly sad.Only criticism I have is that the whole concept of Robbie Williams being an ape is conceptually good, BUT when he’s singing or doing the emotional scenes, it’s hard to connect with him. Even though the VFX where so alive and felt like there was a person under there, at times it just wasn’t there for me.All and all a really nice one. I love musicals!8.5/10⭐️
