Ghost in the Shell

The layers in this story are just magnificent. I rewatched it because I read that Ghost in the Shell “dissected the future before it arrived”. I hope they never make Hollywood version of this with Major Kusanagi as a white woman because there are literally no Japanese actors in the world. Like zero. Like where would you even begin such a search? I’m glad they let it be.
