Babylon
What a movie. Damien Chazelle has delivered another banger. This movie kept me on my toes from beginning to end. The camerawork, the music, the acting, it was an immersive experience that I wished I saw in the theaters. This movie highlights the highs and lows of show biz and just how desperate people are. This also highlights the revolutionary aspect of adding sound to a movie as well. I briefly mentioned the acting but Margot Robbie and Diego Calva put on a performance for the ages. Overall one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while. Just phenomenal. My jaw was on the floor.
