Do you like me? tuned in after owen’s emmy win, but I wasn’t sure what to think until the 2nd or 3rd episode. eddie realising he had killed her over the first two episodes and coming to terms with the aftermath in the last episode - stephen did an amazing job and deserved his emmy wins. The show was phenomenal, especially that third episode, where owen portrayed manipulation, desperation and anger during the psych evaluation. erin’s performance, and watching her reactions as we see jamie unfold and lose control were incredible, and reflected what we feel as viewers. i think watching it after everyone else had already seen it allowed me to judge it for what it is - an incredible and simultaneously awful view on how social media has repackaged and made misogyny more accessible to impressionable children and the fallout.
