I loved the movie, the relationship with Evie and Tracy was toxic, that's obvious. But on the other hand we can't say that Evie is 'the bad one' when it's obvious that she was suffering too, Tracy wanted to become like her to forget the consequences and without knowing what Evie went through to become like that. Evie loved Tracy, like a friend (or more?) and like a way to have a different life and Tracy loved Evie as an opportunity to be different and a friend. Tracy was naive and just wanted recognition and attention like what Evie had... Their stories are touching and sad, even if they loved each other they were toxic, for each other. even sincere love can be toxic... (Bonus point for the color theory in the film, when it gets dark it's because Tracy is in trouble or her relationship with Evie is in trouble and when it gets brighter she's better. and the brother too, who wasn't mentioned enough even though I would have liked to know more.)
