La Haine

This film was really amazing. I liked the way it was almost plotless, with the film still being able to raise tension all the way throughout. I liked the fact the film was grayscale, and all the underlying messages in the background via graffiti. The deepness of each character was incredible as well, with each one being diverse, with unique emotions and traits, yet all in the same situation. My favourite scene by far is when they're trying to get Snoopy. The tension built in the space of seconds is horribly well done, giving of Safdie brothers level stress. The ending scene was really moving and for me at least completely unexpected. Really good subtle soundtrack as well, and the fact that random things such as an indicator and escalator created music as well. Overall great film!
