We’re looking for yuri or whatever Winona Ryder said > I like my movies just a-little-a-lot sad

> *“I think we just misunderstood each other” * > Yeah, that’ll be it Connell. People who say that they want them to end up together didn’t necessarily miss the point of the show. I personally wanted it because of my ALREADY SCREWED mental health, like some hope I believe so.. They helped each other so much through the years, but also did some damage, communication isn’t so easy or banal for everyone. But I don’t think that people who say the characters were bland or that if they would perhaps say one more sentence each time then they wouldn’t have hurt each other. Or that when people are getting to that the show’s practically needless or pointless or whatever. Both of the characters did some wrong but they were so human. We are all literally just humans and as a humanity we aren’t flawless, we’re insecure and we make mistakes. That’s why I admire Rooney’s and the show’s crew for making that visible. Sure, it can seem awkward, but is that really bad? Also the intimacy in this show is so soft and phenomenal, not the erasmus episode obviously, I mean Connell and Marianne like : *“It’s not like this with other people.” “Well, I like you a lot more than other people.”*
