Well the animation and cinematography was amazing, but the second half started to drag a bit. I also thought that the relationship between the two main characters would be explored more. And the end when the real win is the friends we made along the way didn’t work at all, because they literally weren’t friends. Their whole relationship disappeared and the end wasn’t earned. Too bad, because the first half of this film was incredible.

The story is great but the visuals are STUNNING, the whole mise-en-scène was candy for my eyes. I still prefer Black Swan, but I always love a film about a girl absolutely losing her mind. Also I didn’t expect this to be this sexual (and also queer btw), I wanted to watch this on a plane and I’m really glad I didn’t haha.
