Waves
couldn't get any worse, right?
worst representation of how everyone trying to do their best and still slowly lose everything because of built up resentment. it lets us see pain from multiple perspectives, from the mc who emotionally isolated and never learned how to speak about what hurts, parents who loves but somehow feel like pressure to the child, and the family that left behind who carrying grief and unspoken wounds. when everything finally falls apart and the damage pulling everything down into deeper rabbit hole, what's left are regret over what was said, what was done, and what was never understood. the regret of not being able to solve the problem but causing another damage not only to himself but to his own family as well. there are so many painful realization of what could've been different if someone had just dare to speak and listened to each other, or choosing a different path. it's true that love can heal us but if we slips one mistakes it can break us first.
