La La Land

Colors, Jazz, LA dreamers. This movie has it all. It captures the lives of the two protagonists and their sky high dreams. The character development feels natural with just the right amount of chaos. A sort of enemys to lover arc. There are seldom scenes where it feels forced to advance the plot.  The plot itself is one that is thought out, with no major holes that one can find on first watch. It is harshly truthful with the Price of dreams.  IF you decide to watch this movie i recomend the first watch be a non critical one. Let yourself be lost in the movie, immerse yourself in the characters and enjoy it for the art it is. The next ones you should pay attention to the coloring and the sets and the angles. Every shot has a purpose and you are naturally drawn into the story.
