This movie has an amazing energy, everything is so raw and authentic. friendship is shown as it becomes a way of escape for sunburn, getting away from a home which seems in peices. These characters allow him to escape reality and be in a world he wants to be a part of, allowing him to be excepted in a world which he believed he never would have been apart of, which is just like growing up. As the world changes around you it's just how you adapt
