the man didn’t suffer enough imo

fun & cute but i hated the male leads face so much i spent the whole movie wanting to punch his lights out & I think the actor is evil so thats ethical for me to say. Also the “No, it’s not it’s casserole” and “Erm, gross is ONE syllable” oh I’ll get you. This is the reason u have no friends not bcuz you name directors every 2 seconds for no reason.  (I did genuinely have fun with this movie though!!)

better than I thought it was going to be based on clips I saw online lol but still nothing special. I can see how this would be someone’s thing I guess but it’s just really not for me, I found it kind of boring and shallow. It’s obviously a kids movie so I’m not trying to be a snob but the silly faces and overeating type of humour just does NOT do it for me, I can’t find it funny at all. It’s on the same level as like Boss Baby poop and fart humour I just don’t get what the punchline is. Also, I appreciate the attempt to use dramatic, silly, “anime” faces for something not strictly 2D but I just don’t think it translated very well.
