"He and I lived what you and I talked!" - such a romantic line out of context; or perhaps with context. This film was so freaking homoerotic.... I love how in the ending credits, David is billed first and everyone is credited in relation to him. Really hammers home the idea that he had a full life and no one had the right to kill him.
