Before Sunset
"You can never replace anyone because everyone is made up of such beautiful specific details."
just like the first movie, this was so incredibly charming.
gorgeous dialogue again, but what i preferred about this film was how it was more grounded in reality; change and growth in jesse and celine's perspectives over the 9 years allowed the dialogue to carry more weight than the first film, where we were made to question the possibilities of their relationship moreso than the truth. ending was also one of the best i've seen. i could watch these two be followed around europe for ages and ages (albeit really jealously)
