Adolescence

I'm sorry son. I should've done better. What a limited serie. Definitly a show that will stay with me for a while i think. I don't really know where to start because the story is kind of hard to digest especially the last episode. The plot isn't necessarily complicated to understand but it deals with very important topics such as the impact of social media on the youth especially young boys. And this subject matter is in my opinion handled in a very pertinent way without being too preachy or anything. It feels honest and realistic. The acting is just incredible. Owen Cooper as Jamie is absolutly perfect. I'm blown away by the fact that it was he's first acting role ever. He carried episode 3 along with Erin Doherty as his psychologist. Stephen Graham is also a standout from the beguinning to the end. He truly moved me in episode 4, probably the most gut-wrenching episode in the show. Shooting the episode with basically no cut makes the actors's performances even more impressive.
